    Who is Atelier en Route suitable for?

    We put together four gender-neutral play sets.

    - Pioneer: for toddlers from 1.5 to 2.5 years old
    - Adventurer: for toddlers from 2.5 to 5 years old
    - Explorer: for children from 6 to 8 years old
    - Discoverer: for those aged 8+

    What can the playset be used for?

    During all types of travel: by plane, car, train, hotel, camping, road trip, skiing holiday...

    While waiting: doctor's visit, hospital examination, brother's/sister's tennis lesson, brother's/sister's swimming lesson, brother's/sister's music school, during brother's/sister's football match, at a restaurant...

    Can I return my order?

    What a shame if you are not completely satisfied with your items, let us know at info@atelierenroute.be . Together we will look for a good solution!

    Do you still want to return? Pack the item well and drop it off at your post office or nearest post point. Once we have received the returned items, in their original, unused, unopened condition and in their original packaging, we will send you the replacement item or provide a refund if you decide not to purchase.

    The costs for a return are borne by the customer.

    You can return items up to fourteen days after you ordered them.

    Can I return items for free?

    No, return costs are normally borne by the customer, unless the return is the result of an error during the packaging process and is therefore borne by Atelier en Route.

    Why do I have to pay shipping costs?

    Shipping and return costs are usually included in the price of the items you buy online. At Atelier en Route we add the shipping costs so you can clearly see what you are paying for. We hope that our community will shop more consciously and not make unnecessary purchases, because sustainability is a shared responsibility.
