When can I pick up my order?

Once you have completed and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us of your order. Depending on the time of ordering, we will start working for you. We strive to have your order ready within five working days. You will receive another email with the time at which you can collect your package.

What are the collection times?

Studio and Route @Hoendergaarsen 9, Arendonk:

- every Monday between 6pm - 7.30pm

How long does it take to receive my order?

Have you completed your order? As soon as we have received your payment (which usually happens almost immediately), you will receive a confirmation from us via e-mail. Depending on when you order, we will send your package within 5 working days with bpost.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What now?

It is possible that these are being blocked by the spam filter of your e-mail program. Therefore, always check your spam folder. If you are unable to find it, please contact us. We will be happy to help you.

Do you ship to the Netherlands?

Yes of course! Shipping costs for the Netherlands are always €10.

Can I return my order?

What a shame if you are not completely satisfied with your items, let us know at info@atelierenroute.be . Together we will look for a good solution!

Do you still want to return? Pack the item well and drop it off at your post office or nearest post point. Once we have received the returned items, in their original, unused, unopened condition and in their original packaging, we will send you the replacement item or provide a refund if you decide not to purchase.

The costs for a return are borne by the customer.

You can return items up to 14 days after you ordered them.

Can I return items for free?

No, return costs are normally borne by the customer, unless the return is the result of an error during the packaging process and is therefore borne by Atelier en Route.

Why do I have to pay shipping costs?

Shipping and return costs are usually included in the price of the items you buy online. At Atelier en Route we add the shipping costs so you can clearly see what you are paying for. We hope that our community will shop more consciously and not make unnecessary purchases, because sustainability is a shared responsibility.

How much are the shipping costs?

For orders above €95 within Belgium we do not charge shipping costs. These are completely free.

Is the amount of your purchase under €95? The shipping cost within Belgium is then €7.50.
